Frequently asked questions
Which size of Gioating fits my room or table?
Gioating comes in 2 size options; each one's dimensions are listed in the Size menu. It is listed as best for living rooms and stairways. As a general guide, add your room's length and width in feet and use roughly that many inches as the chandelier diameter. Over a table, aim for one-half to two-thirds of the table width.
How high should I hang Gioating?
As a general guide, leave 30 to 36 in between the tabletop and the bottom of the fixture with an 8 ft ceiling, and add about 3 in for each extra foot of ceiling height. In walkways, keep at least 7 ft of clearance below it.
What finishes and materials does Gioating come in?

How is Gioating installed, and are bulbs included?
Installation: Hardwired. Installation by a licensed electrician is required. Light source: LED. Bulbs: Included.
Can I dim Gioating?
Yes, Gioating is dimmable. As a general guide, pair it with a compatible dimmer switch and use dimmable bulbs.
Can you send a video of my fixture lit?
Yes. Before shipping, every fixture is hung, lit and checked. If you would like to see yours, ask us and we will send a video of your own fixture, lit, before it ships.
1. Shipping Destinations
Valivelle offers free shipping on every order, to every destination available at checkout. That includes all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and international addresses.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed.
Processing time includes order review, preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Transit Time and Delivery Estimates
For U.S. orders, estimated transit time after dispatch is 10–15 business days.
For U.S. orders, estimated total delivery is 13–22 business days, including processing and carrier transit. International timing may vary.
Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and may vary depending on the shipping address, order size, product availability, carrier capacity, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside Valivelle’s control.
4. Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped by one of the following methods:
- Air freight through UPS or FedEx
- Sea freight through XPO
The shipping method is selected based on the product’s dimensions, weight, fragility, delivery destination, and available logistics service.
5. Customs Duties for International Orders
For approved international shipments, Valivelle covers applicable customs duties.
For international delivery questions, you may contact support@valivelle.com to confirm availability and estimated timing.
6. Shipping Delays
If Valivelle is unable to dispatch an order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date.
The customer may choose to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. A cancellation fee will not apply when Valivelle is unable to dispatch the order within the stated timeframe.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase, but before the order has been dispatched, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the order total.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
